Cancelation & transfer policy
At SmileConnect, we understand that plans can change, and we want to offer our attendees a flexible and fair cancellation policy. However, given the premium nature of this event, including world-class speakers and exclusive perks, we must balance flexibility with the financial commitments involved in organizing such an event.
We offer the following cancellation options based on the timing of your cancellation:
Full Refund
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the event (before December 28, 2024) are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
50% Refund
Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before the event (from December 29 to January 28, 2025) will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event (after January 28, 2025) are non-refundable.
Ticket Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend the event, we offer the option to transfer your ticket to another person.
- Ticket transfers are allowed up to 14 days prior to the event (before February 14, 2025).
- To request a ticket transfer, please contact our support team at connect@smilelabs.si with the new attendee’s full name and contact information.
Important Information
- Please note that any refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during registration. Refunds may take up to **14 business days** to process after confirmation of cancellation.
- SmileConnect reserves the right to cancel the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions). In such cases, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded**.
