Getting your MasterPass

1. Clicking on “Get your MasterPass”
Purchasing your MasterPass for the SmileConnect MasterClass is easy. Once you’re ready to purchase your MasterPass, simply click the Get your Masterpass button. You’ll be redirected to the Entrio website, which is our official ticketing provider. This platform ensures a smooth and secure purchasing process.
2. Enter Your Details
On the Entrio website, you’ll be asked to fill in all necessary details, including personal information such as your name, profession, and, if applicable, your company details. If you’re bringing family members to enjoy the event's perks, make sure to include their information as well. For those who require an invoice for business purposes, be sure to enter your company details to streamline the process.
3. Payment Process
All payments will be processed securely through Entrio.com. After successfully completing your payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email from Entrio. Within the next few days, SmileLabs will issue you an official invoice for your personal or company records. Additionally, we will provide you with a booking ID for your stay at the Grand Park Hotel. This ID can be used to make any special requests, such as room preferences, or to extend your stay at this luxurious location.
4. Receive Your MasterPass
In February, as the event approaches, we will mail your official MasterPass ticket and a personalized invitation directly to your address. These materials are important, as they will be required for registration at the venue. Be sure to keep them safe, as your MasterPass will grant you access to all MasterClass sessions and perks included in the event.
